What does “pre-order” mean?

The products that you are able to purchase on this website are made to order. This simply means the products are not produced until you officially place an order on the website.

How long will it take for my item to ship?

Bags take between 2-4 weeks to ship unless stated otherwise. Once your item(s) have shipped, you’ll receive an automatic email confirming the items are on the way with a tracking number.

I changed my mind. How can I return an item?

Returns are NOT accepted… unless your product is delivered damaged, defected, or the wrong product. If so, please email welsh.designinfo@gmail.com

Can you ship Internationally?

Yes. We ship globally. International customers may be subject to import fees designated by the destination country. These costs are not included in the retail price of the product.
